Five years since Shadi’s last record, Daughters of the Kingdom presents a new found sound for the artist, who once again brings a collection of songs inspired by the writings and teachings of the Baha'i Faith. Featuring a full studio band (Ben Brown, Toga D'Hoore, Aaron Pettigrew, and Sarah Mohebiany) lead by producer Leif Thorseth, and guest vocals by Shidan, Hoda, and Joshua Toloui-Wallace, the album was recorded in East Vancouver where the artists reside.
